Welcome to the Cadence Group of Entertainment (operating as Cadence Hub, "We," "Us," or "Our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cadence Hub mobile application (the “App”), our website at https://cadencehub.in/, and all related services, contests, and products (collectively, the “Services”).

By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

A. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to use the Services and agree to these Terms.

B. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Cadence Hub immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

3. Content and Conduct Rules

A. User-Generated Content (UGC) License

The Services allow you to submit, upload, publish, or transmit content, including audio, video, images, and text ("User Content") for contests and community interaction.

By submitting User Content, you grant Cadence Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Services and Cadence Hub's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

B. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, upload, or submit any User Content that:

  • Is copyrighted, protected by trade secret, or otherwise subject to third-party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have explicit permission.
  • Is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
  • Promotes illegal activities or violent acts.
  • Contains unsolicited advertising or unauthorized solicitation.

C. Content Monitoring and Removal

Cadence Hub has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor User Content. We reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content at any time and for any reason, including content that we believe violates these Terms.

4. Contest Rules and Prizes

A. Contest Eligibility

All contests are subject to specific rules published on the App or website ("Contest Rules"). By entering a contest, you agree to be bound by the relevant Contest Rules, which form part of these Terms.

B. Disqualification

Cadence Hub reserves the right to disqualify any participant if we believe, in our sole discretion, that the participant has:

  • Violated these Terms or the Contest Rules.
  • Engaged in fraudulent activity (e.g., using bots for voting).
  • Submitted content that violates Section 3B.

C. Prize Fulfillment

Prizes are awarded as described in the Contest Rules. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with the prize. Cadence Hub's decisions regarding prize winners are final and binding.

5. Digital Purchases and Payment

A. Fees

Some features of the Services, including certain contest entries, may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

B. No Refunds

All payments for digital content, contest entries, and virtual items are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Cadence Hub may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You can delete your account at any time through the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CADENCE HUB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CADENCE HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
